The first highlighted program for the day 2 of the STGCC event is the WOF Autograph Session of Kipi. For day 2, she cosplayed as Akemi Homura from the series Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica.

For the next program, It the live dubbing session of Itou Shizuka who have voiced many famous anime character such as Wilhelmina Carmel(Shakugan no Shana), Lenalee Lee(D.Gray-man), Hinagiku Katsura(Hayate no Gotoku!) and recent characters such as Ryoko Ookami, Morishima-Senpai, Hildagarde. Wow, that's a lot of STONG character voiced! Too bad i missed it. And for those who want a sneak peek of the live dubbing session, i am sorry to tell you that, you wont be able to find any. I tried... and failed... Probably it was like with Kana Hanazawa in AFAX where all sorts of recording devices are prohibited.
However, I did find this from Zotaku!
Way tooo Keeeewwwttt!! >w< |
The next highlight for the day is the "COSPLAY @ STGCC" program. It's also the last event of the day. Kipi is one of the judges as seen below.
Wonder what she's thinking? OwO |
Ok, that may concluded the Day 02 event, but its not the end of this post yet. :) Next, I found these interesting interviews made with the guests of STGCC from sgcafe.
First up, is the Interview with Zaneeds!, the very famous music group that uses the VOCALOID software on Japan's Nico Nico Douga. The most interesting question asked would be the "Who is you favourite Vocaloid and why?" Their answer is Kagamine Rin(Mine too! >w<) because her voice is negative(I know right!?) and it sounds well with ZANEEDS music. (Rin's sound may be "negative" but, that's what makes her so good!)
The next interview is with Tadaaki "Jacky" Dosai, a cosplayer and first ever chief editor of famous COSMODE magazine in Cosmode.net. In my opinion, the most interesting question asked was "Is it hard to judge a cosplay contest?" Tadaaki's answer was that, it is indeed hard to judge a cosplay contest, and he would say "dislike" if he could as he hates to pick a winner out of the entire contest where every single cosplayer gave their soul and all (Now I understand the important role made by the judges!!). He feels that cosplay is to be done when one believes that he/she really likes a character very much(Totally agrees! But wait... does that means I can cosplay as Hatsune Miku!?O_O).
The third interview is with Kishida Mel!, a famous artist in Japan that have done illustration for famous characters from anime, games and light novels. If I have to pick one of the question asked, it will be "Is there any difference between how you draw characters for anime and games" His answer was that the limitation of drawing on both are different(Oh? :O). In an anime, it is possible to design the character with more flexibility and more emotion than a game. In a game however, there are more things to note of such as a sketch, concept to follow and the game technical limitations(I didn't knew that! D:). Designing a game is a lot more work and have more restriction(I'm sorry!!! I will not waste the effort of the game illustrator anymore!!! :<).
Also, I realized that few weeks back, I mentioned about Kipi deciding to cosplay on HanasakuIroha, Kami-sama no memo-chou, and Atelier Meruru. But I guess i read wrongly! :P Realized it when i re-read kipi's blog. Turns out Kipi was saying about Kishida Mel is coming to STGCC too and she feels that if it is possible to cosplay on those illustration it will be great, but...
I guess i read too fast... xP SORRY, ONCE AGAIN!!!
The last interview is with Kipi!!, the renowned cosplayer from Japan. Hmm... This interview is pretty long and it is hard to just choose a question. But... i guess "What is the strangest and scary thing that happen to you when you cosplay?" will do. Kipi's answer was that she have encountered many of these scary things during her cosplay, such as weirdos(Hen'na Jiji? xD) who would film the camera all the way from the foot(That's Scary Indeed!!). In Thailand, she met her greatest fan where he will carry a gigantic poster of Kipi, and everything on him has a Kipi!(CREEPY for sure!!) So, Kipi wonders whether his underwear has her too?(LOLWUT!?) However, the most scary thing that happened to Kipi was when she receive a box when she work at a maid cafe overseas(WHERE!?). When she opened it up, lots of confetti blew up(OMG! That's terrorism!!! D: LOL!) and in the box was a bottle of jam(¬_¬ Epic Fail!!! >.>). It totally shocked Kipi!(Are you okay!? :<)
Do read up on those interviews, especially Kipi's! They are very very interesting! And it seems that our local "Chicken Rice" is a quite a favourite dish! :D
And that, I shall end the post! :)
すごい!
